These Terms and Conditions supersede those published in any prior sales literature. All stock remains the property of Chevronic Centre Ltd until paid in full. Orders placed and accepted are deemed to be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Product details and conditions of sale may be amended without prior warning. Items for sale, due to their nature, should only be considered genuine Citroen parts where stated. All prices displayed include VAT which will be deducted when sending outside the EU. Prices charged will be those as displayed on site at the time of order.
These ‘Terms and Conditions’ do not affect or seek to affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any contracts shall in all respects be construed and operate as an English contract and conform to English Law.
WARRANTIES
All NEW items will carry one years’ warranty. NEW / OLD stock has a three month warranty, as do all used items. USED parts detailed as defective or damaged are sold as seen and carry no warranty.
PAYMENT
No item or goods shall pass to the customer unless, or until, the customer has made full payment of all monies (including shipping) to Chevronic Centre Ltd.
Refunds will be made through the website.
International refunds will be made through the website if payment was made through this route. Alternatively through Paypal or Card. We will not refund via bank transfer.
From January 2021
From January 2021 all items sent out of the UK will not be charged vat. You may however be charged vat and duty tax when the parts enter your country. Chevronic centre LTD are not held responsible for these charges. These are all new changes brought in due to Brexit.
