Due to the Holiday season starting there may be a slight delay with dispatching certain parts. Thank you for your patience.
We aim to provide a swift and efficient delivery service, however circumstances beyond our control may intervene. Method of delivery is determined by the delivery destination or, in UK situations, by customer requirements. We aim to dispatch goods on the same day if the order is received before 12.00pm hours and is to be sent by courier. We cannot however guarantee same day dispatch, in which case the order will be dispatched the next working day. All standard postal orders will be sent within three working days. If a delay is anticipated we will contact you directly. It is important that any non-deliveries should be reported to us as soon as possible and within 10 days of your order date (unless you have been informed otherwise). Beyond that date, there may be difficulties in claiming from our delivery agents.
It is advised that all Overseas customers contact us directly either on +44 1462 455280 or via email info@chevronics.co.uk to establish a courier or postage charge before placing your orders, as there are weight and size restrictions linked with the various transport methods, which are not calculated by our website. In these incidents, on contact we will be able to provide an actual shipping cost for your agreement and payment prior to sending the goods.
Further Restrictions include send liquids overseas and any parcel over 2 meters may be subject to a refund to the customer.
Since Brexit, you may find you are charged a tax and duty for parts which enter your country. These taxes are not covered by Chevronics, nor do you pay for these through Chevronics. The relevant courier company shall contact you to notify you of the exact cost. Your parts order will not be released by them until you have paid in full. Failure to do so will result in your parts order being shipped back to us and further shipping charges may apply.
